Sadlowski, Inc. has spent forty-eight years designing & building Medical, Commercial, and Assisted Living projects throughout Florida including Ocala, the Villages and surrounding areas.  We specialize in Design-Build Construction services.  We offer preliminary Plans and Budgets to our clients so they know what financial resources are required.

With a commitment to keeping costs low, Loyde W. Sadlowski, Inc. offers Design-Build Construction contracts.  In just a few meetings we can develop a floor plan, building elevation, and cost estimate for our clients’ projects.  This crucial first step allows our clients to know not only what their project is going to look like but also what it will cost.  With an understanding of the scope of the project our clients will make better informed decisions.
